Insurance Coverage

NUYU Therapies does not offer direct billing; however, a receipt will be provided for your session, which you can then claim directly with your insurance provider.

Cancellation Policy

NUYU Therapies understands schedules can change; however, in order to offer every client the opportunity to book an appointment, we request 24 hours cancellation notice. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled online, using the link provided in your original booking confirmation email. Should an appointment be missed or cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation period, the credit card used to book the appointment will be charged in full.
